Navigate to Discrete Order Summary Search for PO

Open PO

On POCs, the Schedule State for changed lines will be Updated; for new lines it will be New

Choose which Schedule State you want to filter for (either New or Updated). (If both Schedule States are present on the same PO, you will need to perform this process twice.)

Once the desired Schedule State is selected, click the Filter button to view the desired Schedule Lines

Only Updated (or New) lines will be displayed Only Updated (or New) lines will be displayed. Select Summary Print (Note: Full Print ignores any filtering and will print all Schedule Lines)

Summary Print output The resulting PDF file will contain only those Schedule Lines that were displayed using the filter PO Line Text and Header Text will not print out; this is viewable only via Full Print
