Buckingham RUFC Why do we coach? Intrinsic Motivation Internal desires to perform a particular task, people do certain activities because it gives them pleasure, develops a particular skill, or it’s morally the right thing to do. Extrinsic Motivation Factors external to the individual and unrelated to the task they are performing. Examples include money, good grades, and other rewards.

What are we here to provide? Buckingham RUFC What are we here to provide? Some of MY goals for this season 1st team to achieve 70 points for the season (stretch 80 points) 3 current “2nd team” players to break into 1st XV (stretch 5) 3 Academy players to debut in 1st XV (stretch 5) 1st team points conceded below 500 (stretch 450) 13 bonus points achieved (stretch 16)
