A. P3K meaning P3K is a first aid / treatment given to a victim before a doctor takes the job. K3 regulation : Bab 5, Pasal 9, Ayat (3) A supervisor should give a supervision for workers whom are in his charge, in preventing an accident, eliminating conflagration, increasing work safety and health and giving first aid in accident

4). Bandaging process the uses of bandage are for : Locatting medicine to an injury Bandaging a splint for broken part of body Pressing a bruised blood vessel Bandaging an elastic part, such as stomach, breasts and calming a painfull part, such as chest in pneumonia and hinge in rheumatic

5). The way of fitting a splint A split is used for the victim with broken bone, broken bone is divided into 2 kinds : 1). Broken bone inside where the bone is still clean 2). Broken bone going outside, causes injury of muscle and skin that must be cleaned

Signs of broken bone : Feeling painful in the injury and if touched it is soft inside The ends of the bones are like shifting the blood seems like spreadingout like a dark thing Cracked skull will cause bleeding from nose and ear that effects unconciousness

C. Kinds of accident care a. sprained attention for the direction : Pull the sprained bone and push the end of its to its place Relax the muscles Push the bone to its place carefully If the bone is already on its place, the victim should take a rest for a while If there is a broken arm, it should be splinted by a holder

After 4 hours, do warm compress and coldcompress by turns 5). On the second day, the pain should be massaged and moved slowly

D. The methods of lifting and moving the victim The procedures are : Stand on knees beside the victims head, body and feet Lift the victim carefully Embrace the victims body by side way In time to lay down the victim to a stretcher, pull the right foot back At the same time lay down the victim carefully Lift the stretcher together

Scissor : a lot of usage Eye pippete : eye drop medicine Pincers : tool to snap at Slaug : to stop bleeding spalk/splint : streamline thing to hold the broken bone Mercurochrome : desinfectants to treat indangerous injury, especially to children

Iodine : is desinfectants to treat new injuries that are considered dangerously and caused by rusty thing or poisoned animal Ammonia : stimulus liquid for unconcious and bugs bite treatment Licuida burowi : liquid for compress of swallen Boorwater : for eye iritation (1%) Gandapura oil : warming oil, liniment

Sulfanilamide poeder : powder for ijury (as desinfectants) NoritTablet : for poisoned body or stomachache Bicarbonas Natricus Tablet : for poisoned body or stomachache acepheco atau acetozal Tablet: for headache, fever etc Tanine zalf, levertrann zalf, brand zalf : salve for burned injury Cotton : useful thing / many fuctions Knife/ razor : cutter

notes : Put the medicines and P3K tools in a bocked and wrapped box Stay away from children Make a sign, such as red cross or green cross Every medicine should be given name, fuction and usage procedure then ex date

Code of color: Blue : for outside injury, not to consume White : to consume Red : for poisoned drug, such at desinfectants
