Financial Support for Restructure Applications to Restructuring Facility: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/post-16-education-and-training-institutions-apply-for-financial-support-for-area-reviews Transaction Unit within SFA to evaluate, challenge and process applications and negotiate with Treasury. The bar for applications will be high.

Restructuring Facility Applications will require an implementation plan, including: Curriculum plan Teaching plan Estates plan Learner recruitment strategy Income forecasts Costs, and a resultant real operating surplus or deficit (including bank loans and break charges) 36 month cashflow forecast Ofsted strategy Backed by evidence-based, bottom up assumptions. We will also look for change management expertise in the colleges
