Working in a dynamic sales environment, you’ll be leading a fantastic sales team and be accountable for achieving budgets through the NOVA sales process. You will be involved in the coaching and development of your sales staff to generate revenue for our business, and you will need to be able to provide innovative and tailored advertising solutions designed to grow our clients business. You’ll be charged with the responsibility of significant business and revenue growth for 2016 and beyond. You currently may be an established and proven media sales leader or a successful radio/media sales executive with at least five years sales experience and looking for the next step. You also need to have demonstrated management and account management skills with key clients in the Melbourne market, an understanding of planning and able to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts. The key competencies that we are looking for in the successful individual are – leadership, positive influencing skills, strong negotiation and communications skills, solid business acumen and importantly you are performance-driven and love to win.
