What’s new in GeorgiaVIEW 10.5.7

Awards Updated: Awards tool improvements Several features of the Awards tool have changed to improve usability: Learners can now see their awards and shared awards when viewing their profile page and card in a simplified view. All awards are displayed as images and learners can click on an image to view details.

Awards (cont’d) Instructors can now select Awards as a Condition Type when creating release conditions. Note This applies everywhere you can create release conditions in the Brightspace platform. Instructors can now add release conditions in the Brightspace platform in order to release other objects like content or another award. Award Expiry and Award Earned Notification email templates are now available. Floating controls have been added on all Awards pages. Now, scrolling within the Awards pages does not hide these controls.

Discussions Updated: Discussions - Support for holistic rubrics Rubrics that appear within the Discussions tool Topic Score Details modal have been updated with an improved look and feel for holistic rubrics, to improve user experience and provide a more modern web appearance. This feature builds on the feature released in 10.5.6 that introduced rubric-scoring as part of assessing topic posts.

Quizzes New: Quizzes - Export quiz event log of all quiz attempts Previously, instructors were able to view the event log of individual attempts to look for patterns or cheating. Now, the Export Event Logs button on the Grade Quiz page enables instructors to export the quiz event log of all quiz attempts made by learners of a quiz to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file for offline analysis. The IP address of all users' actions is included in the event log.
