What is this app? It’s your own personal trainer in an app. You choose the area of your body you want to train, and Daily Workouts gives you all types of ways you can work out that area. Provides workouts ranging from 5- 10 minutes. Great assistance for someone who is new to working out and looking to lose weight or become more in shape.
Allows you to keep track of your workouts You are able to see what workouts you have completed in previous days/ weeks. You are able to set a workout plan for the upcoming days/ weeks. This allows you to set up goals you would like to reach at a certain point and the workouts you want to perform to get there.
Workouts can be done in the gym or at home My warm- up exercises can be performed with my students in their squads or I can take them to the free weight room. Free body weight exercises are easy to do and it only takes a little bit of area for a whole class to perform them. This app allows people that cannot access a gym to still perform workouts on the body area they want.
How can I use this app for my physical education class? Each day I can assign a certain area I want my students to work out. Since it is only 5-10 minutes, I will use this app as a warm-up. Everyday students will learn new workouts and towards the end of the year they will know what workouts are good for certain areas of their body.
