Personal Development Programme Poznań 2014

Our strength is passion Each one of us is different. We think different, we act different, we feel different. We have different passions and hobbies. We spent time doing what we really love.

Our strength is passion ” Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. ” ~Steve Jobs

”Healthy lifestyle is important for me ”Healthy lifestyle is important for me. It makes me feel better and more relaxed. I do what I truely love spending time with my friends.” Running

Travelling „Travelling is more than a passion, it’s a way to live. The thing to understand is that traveling even without aim, is the target by itself.”

”Music is a passion for your whole life ”Music is a passion for your whole life. It surrounds you, it infiltrates you and it fills you from your feet to the top of your head. Everyday.” Creating music

Gaming „Spending time with favorite games is something that I always loved to do. Now iOS devices are taking gaming on a whole new level of experience and I’m part of it!”

”Every morning I set up a new goal for myself and I’m trying to acheive it. That motivates me to work harder and better everyday. Just to become a better person.” Gym workout

Partying „I love spending time with my fellows. I’m having a really great time partying together and sharing the best moments of my life with people around me.”

Reading & chillout Mark Twain once said ”Good friends, good books, and a sleepy conscience: this is the ideal life.” That’s my maxim for life.

And so we connect great work with even greatest passion.

To work together as a team!

We’d like to show our after-work daily habits and hobbies to everyone! Share that experience! We’d like to share that experience with our international colleagues and customers as well. We’d like to show our after-work daily habits and hobbies to everyone! Just to show how work and passion can link together in a young vibrant team.

Share that experience! We’re developing our skills and exploring new possibilities. We feel more confident about our knowledge as everyone is an expert in a small field that truely loves. Making our products a part of our life, makes strong connection with a brand that we’re working for.

Personal Development Programme KEEP WALKING Personal Development Programme

KEEP WALKING We’d like to introduce KEEP WALKING idea as an implementation of your corporate vision.

KEEP WALKING KEEP WALKING is a project concentrated on cross-cultural exchange of life and work experience between employees working for resellers that belong to your company.

KEEP WALKING KEEP WALKING Personal Development Programme will involve salesman from reseller shops in Poland, Hungary and Romania. It will encourage salesmen to share their own experience and techniques of sales with colleagues.

KEEP WALKING 3 EASY STEPS Language training Exchange period Evaluation period

KEEP WALKING TIMELINE Language training 1 MONTH 1 MONTH January - May June - August July - September

KEEP WALKING 5 MONTHS February - April June Language Period July Language Period Exchange Period Evaluation Period

Language training 3 months before exchange period salesperson will be enrolled to the language course (eg. english) that is connected with the field of work that he/she is responsible for. Salesperson will develop his/her own language skills that are important in exchange period for communication. Before going to an exchange period each member has to pass course and pre-exams to prove that he/she is ready to work and communicate in different environment. After course is passed KEEP WALKING PDP Leader is preparing a referral to company’s other unit for an exchange period.

An exchange lasts for 1 month. Exchange period Salesperson is working in another reseller shop supporting sales team and learning by supervising. An exchange lasts for 1 month. In the end of period exchange person with colleagues are preparing a summary of their co-work. That can be a project/improvement/marketing action, etc. Exchange person is attending in team meetings and sharing his/her own experience from home country with colleagues.

Evaluation period Salesperson has to prepare a report of what he/she did during the exchange period, which skills were developed and how did it happen, what he/she learned and how he/she trained colleagues. An evaluation is conducted after exchange period ends. It takes place in home country. National Leaders are preparing quarterly reports of KEEP WALKING PDP and publishing it to employees encouraging others to attend in next editions. Written report is being send to national HQ and verified by Keep Walking PDP Leader.

Why is it so important? Based on feelings, passions and hobbies we feel more commited to work. And it’s even more rewarding for us on everyday basis. We’re working together and has their own experience - in 21st century that would be a sin not to share that with others. We’re making strong international links between employees that will definitely flourish and lead to huge improvements in sales and management in future. International experience is something that built up this company. And we now have to follow that example to amplify the power we’ve already got in our hands.
