Our traditional Turkish food:Turkish cuisine is one of the world's leading flavors in the palate. Dumplings, casseroles, menemen, stuffed vine leaves, bean meal, rice, imambayildi, goulash iskender kebab…

Rice is one of the most common food on our tables.

Leaf Rolls Ingredıents: 300 gr ground beef(mixed sheep and beef) 1,5 glass of rice, 1 big onion, some salt, black pepper, parsley, mint, enough butter, 2 tomato or tomato paste(1 table spoon), fresh or brine grape leaves,

Preperation: *Cut onion,tomato(peeled)or(tomato paste),mint,parsley in small pieces. *Add the ground beef,rice,salt,black pepper and 1/2 glass of oil and mixed them all. *Put some of these mixture into leaves and roll them. * Put them into a pot.Add some hot water. *Cook them over medıum heat.

KEBAP The most common food you can find on every street in city centers is called “döner kebap.” It’s like the Turkish version of shawarma. It’s cooked in very much the same way. Chicken or lamb is used as the meat. It’s served in a wrap of bread with vegetables – usually onion, tomato, and lettuce. Some restaurants even add French fries, which is very tasty!
