Prehistoric Period of Achievements Stone Age is divided into three phases: Paleolithic Age—Old Stone Age about 2.5 million to 8000 B.C. Mesolithic Age—Middle Stone Age about 10,000 to 6000 B.C. Neolithic Age—New Stone Age about 8000 to 3000 B.C.
