The Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Expert program Self-nomination Application Why do you consider yourself to be a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert? I stand for positive use of EdTech and Pedagogy over Technology. I believe technology if used in isolation will not result in any enhancement to education. It should be used as per the need of the learning objective. Training teachers on EdTech tools is important before deployment. Digital Citizenship is must and necessary skill for teachers, students, administrators and more importantly parents. Technology is not there to replace the teachers, it exists to strengthen pedagogical practices.
