Proposed Organization Describes the “details” of how your business will be owned and operated. Deals specifically with 3 key areas: Type of Ownership Steps to Starting the Business Proposed Personnel

Part One: Type of Ownership Is your business being operated as a “Partnership” or as a “Sole Proprietorship”? What are some advantages of this type of ownership?

Part 2: Steps to Starting Business Steps To Starting Your Business Describe the tasks that must be completed before your Grand opening. Must have a minimum 10 steps list in order of completion.
