The Fundraising Machine One individual can mobilise some resources A team may mobilise more resources A Fundraising machine … or system can mobilise even more!

Think about … A kiosk and a supermarket….. Which makes more money??? Which serves more people??? Which makes more impact?????

The Ultimate Fundraising Machine Needs to leverage on: People….. Many people. Board Management and staff Volunteers Beneficiaries Ambassadeurs Donors Organisations….as many as possible Technology Brand Media Work … Impact

Boards That Work Boards need to play more than a token role in resource mobilisation They can lend their: Networks Reputation Influence Time Expertise Boards can open doors & mobilise resources
