Pumpkin Making Roll the paper into a cylinder, and tape. Make the rolled paper stand up with the strips facing up. Start folding along the end where the strip/cut begins Then, turn it upside down, it should look like an octopus Then tape the end of each strip to the inside of the cylinder.
