Town of Essex: ~Colchester Plan Advisory Committee CWATS would benefit our objectives by: Increasing facilities and strategies that allow our residents to actively commute to our new Colchester Harbour facilities Supporting our Strategic plan for the Colchester Harbour Recently held a Colchester Harbour kick-off event and attracted 175 people Tall Ships Explore the Shore Festival Announcement of 100 Bicycle for complimentary active use from Colchester Harbour A cooperative of SOERC (Shores of Essex Resource Corporation and the Town of Essex) GORD will introduce and welcome everyone.
