Foresight Our Mission “To provide the way forward for the disabled community of North and North East Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. Empowering individuals to a new beginning, a brighter future and a full and enjoyable life.”  Slide

Foresight has grown significantly over the past 15 years, supporting over 750 beneficiaries and we now have an annual turnover exceeding £1.5 million.  Slide

We champion a user led ethos, developing services in line with the needs of the local community. We consult regularly with service users and have a representative service user council that meets monthly. The Council has a representative on our trustee board. Slide

Foresights aims and objectives are to: Encourage service users to make positive and informed choices about future prospects leading to improved confidence and self-esteem Reduce social isolation leading to greater independence Enhance life skills through project activity Slide

Champion greater community interaction and activity leading to enhanced levels of health, emotional and economic wellbeing Improve skills and knowledge increasing access to training, education, volunteering and employment opportunities. Slide

We offer classes and activities that includes sporting activities, craft sessions, independent living skills and basic maths and English to adults and children with disabilities and additional needs to enhance social skills, basic skills and independence. Slide

The Manchester Street property is shared with 5 bedrooms and a communal living space. The property helps individuals become more independent and to improve their living skills. Slide

Minster Road Community Centre offers classes and activities to adults with disabilities and additional needs to enhance their social skills, basic skills and independence. These range from sporting activities, craft sessions, independent living skills and basic Maths and English. Slide

The Warehouse is a community venue on Freeman Street, Grimsby The Warehouse is a community venue on Freeman Street, Grimsby. It is a multi functional space with an auditorium for 120 people, a licenced bar, community GYM, dance studio and office space for CPO Media. Slide

Scartho Community Library was purchased in 2015 Scartho Community Library was purchased in 2015. It houses a range of activities from exercise classes, children's activities and ward councillor meetings; and has proven to be an important centre for locals in the Scartho area. Slide

Anne Askew House is located at Marsh Road, Stallingborough which provides supported and independent living for vulnerable people. Anne Askew House has 26 self contained apartments, including a living area, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Slide

Foresight’s Planned Project Stanley Street Plans to convert a redundant working men’s club into new homes and a training facility. The aim is to provide independent living and sheltered accommodation for disabled people. Slide

Foresight’s Planned Project Rayners Foresight purchased a closed down electrical store based on Freeman Street, Grimsby in 2013. We plan to renovate the building into offices and classrooms to be used by Community Learning Services. Slide

Foresights Planned Project Scartho Library Foresight plans to build a single story extension to the existing library to form an additional activity room and offices to meet demand. Slide
