Idea Execution Document This is a sample format provided by Amity Innovation Incubator for idea evaluation. Presentation should not be more than 10 minutes long and should get the listener excited about the business. Please do not use a font size smaller than 18 in the presentation. Choose a formal font. Each idea/venture has its own USPs and one should highlight those USPs in the presentation. Amity does not recommend use of one standard format for presentation for all ventures. At the same time, we believe that the key points mentioned in this are crucial and should be touched upon in any presentation.

Company Profile Team Profile Name and Contact Details of the Company Current Revenues & Key Customers/Markets

Need Describe the needs you are trying to fulfill. How are these needs met currently? Who are your target customers? What is the market potential? Describe the needs you are trying to fulfill. How are these needs met currently? Illustrate the customer inconvenience you are trying to remove, how are you making her life better? How is the customer solving these problems currently? Who are your target customers? What is the market potential? Identify various segments who would be using your product service, assess the market potential in terms of value/volume?

Value Proposition Describe your offering How does your offering solve the problem? Give an example to illustrate the use case if possible Describe your offering Please provide description of your product or service How does your offering solve the problem? Explain your product/service, put in links to photos, demo videos etc if needed.

Competition List Competitors and their offerings How is your solution better than competition’s? List Competitors and their offerings If you think you have no competition, you may not have researched well enough, or there might not be a market for your offering. So please think twice before saying there is no competition Also try to identify potential competition- who else could enter the market and be a significant threat.

Business Model How do you plan to make money? How will you price your product/service?

Sales and Distribution How will you reach out to your consumers/deliver your product to them?

Financials What are the current revenues, variable costs, operating profits and net profits? What are the projections for next 3 years When does your venture break even? When does it start making profits?

Investment Rationale What are your funding requirements? How do you plan to use the funds? What justifies an investment in your venture? What is the exit strategy for the investor?
