People all over the world adore travelling.

People travel to see new countries and cities, have a rest, to make new friends, to practice foreign language, to taste new food.

Some people like visiting big cities.

They go to the museums, art galleries, go shopping.

Some people prefer quiet holidays by the sea, or in the mountains with nothing to do but walk, swim, and lay in the sun .

Some people travel abroad and some around their country.

People live in different places and they have developed different kinds of transport.

Camels are ideal for travelling across the desert.

They can survive for a week or more without food.

They can carry heavy loads and their feet do not sink into the sand.

Their milk is good to drink and it is full of vitamins.

People in Venice travel by motorized waterbuses or private boats.

There are no cars or trucks, as the city was built on 118 islands.

People can travel by ship, airplane, train, or car.

When you travel you need a passport, a ticket, a suitcase or a rucksack.

Some people take a camera to take pictures.

When you travel by car you don’t have to buy tickets and carry your heavy luggage.

You can stop at any place, enjoy the beauty of nature.

Travelling by airplane is fast, but expensive.

Tastes are different.  But I’m sure everybody likes to travel because it is an amazing experience.
