Presents: Cooking Demonstration with Chef James Cline Tonight’s Items: Breakfast Burritos Grilled Chicken Wrap

Better bites café Cooking Demo Objectives: Egg and Garden vegetable breakfast burrito ~To teach clients how to cook quick meals and still eat healthy. ~Focus on techniques to cook quickly and methods to use. Ingredients: 1tsp Oil 1ea 8” breakfast burrito (110 calories or less) 2ea egg whites or whole eggs 1tsp green pepper chopped 2tsp sweet onion chopped 1tbls low fat shredded cheese 1tbls spinach, fresh 1tbls tomatoes Directions: Chop peppers and onions. Sauté in pan with oil till veggies are tender. Beat 2 egg whites together. Add egg whites to pepper and onions. Stir until egg is cooked. Add 1 tbs. of low fat shredded cheese to eggs and peppers. Let cheese melt. Place 1 burrito in microwave for 10-12 seconds to warm and make soft. Or warm in the skillet Remove burrito from microwave and add eggs, peppers, onions, spinach and tomatoes on top. Roll burrito up. Servings: 1- 4oz or 2-2oz servings Nutrition Facts Serving Size: 1-4oz portion Amount/Serving Total Fat 3g Total Carb 16g Calories: 270 Protein 40g

Better bites café Cooking Demo Grilled Chicken Wrap Notes: ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Ingredients: 2oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (char-grilled or baked and cut into strips) 1tsp WF Balsamic Vinaigrette 1tsp Red Onion, chopped 1oz Spring Mix 1tsp Diced Tomatoes 1Tbls Low fat cheese 1ea 8” tortilla (110 calories or less) Directions: Spread half of the vinaigrette over the tortilla. Place remaining ingredients in the center of the tortilla and drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette. Roll up tortilla, cut in half.
