HR Partners Trade Union Representatives Promotions Exercise 2016/17 HR Partners Trade Union Representatives

Changes to the Promotions Exercise 2017 Word Counts Word counts have now been introduced for academic-related applications. Blind Review The Promotions Review Working Group has agreed that for the 2016/17 Promotions Exercise, a process of anonymised applications for promotions will be trialled to avoid unconscious gender bias. You should remove reference to your name in your application, completing the form using only your staff ID number. Avoid making reference to gender in your application form and CV. The Head of School/Section should also avoid referring to gender The anonymised copy will be made available to the relevant Role Analyst who will score the application and submit their scores.
