Cross-Cutting Issue and Related EFA Goals Inclusive Education Related to EFA Goals ECCE (Goal 1), Compulsory Primary Education (Goal 2), Gender Parity and Equality (Goal 5), Quality Education (Goal 6)

Policy Recommendation Appropriate and gender- sensitive policies based on the recognition of the rights of all children to receive quality education

Target Groups/ Beneficiaries All children of primary age cohort including working children, children with disability, out-of-school children, children of slum areas, children of inaccessible areas, tribal children, and children living under poverty line
