Files to be uploaded shall respect the following rule: If inspection is conformed 1 link with document type CRS – ref : <RF number>_ <S/N>_CRS Release certificate and Shop finding report / Work report if any 1 link with document type GII – ref : <RF number>_ <S/N>_GII All other documents : Check list, Delivery note, Awbill, etc.. If inspection is not conformed (quarantine) 1 link with document type CON – ref : <RF number>_ <S/N>_CON Name of the file: “<RF number>_ <S/N>_<Doc_type>.pdf” where RF = RF number of the incoming inspection (conformed/not conformed) S/N = Serial Number Doc type = CRS, GII or CON
