explaining the concept of modernized Braille note takers and identifying the differences between them and their previous generation of note taking devices. Demonstrating the power of the new generation of Braille note takers as a course preparation tool and an effective medium for communication between the blind lecturer and his sighted students in class in higher education institutions and universities.
