SoCalGas Energy Efficiency Solicitation Strategy
SoCalGas Energy Efficiency Business Plan SoCalGas’ vision integrates the ideals of innovation, partnership, and customer-centric approaches to influence customers and their energy efficiency decisions. SoCalGas will leverage third party implementers to comply with directives listed in D.16-08-019, requiring new program proposal, design, implementation and deliverance be performed by non-utility personnel under contract with SoCalGas. SoCalGas will integrate third party implementers into broader program delivery strategies and leverage core competencies critical for successful energy efficiency programs: Customer relationships and engagement Customer data and insight Portfolio oversight (quality assurance, engineering expertise, IT systems, rebate processing, contract solicitation, contract management, financial oversight)
