Education is the key to success!

Objective My objective is to obtain an administration position where my strong values, principles, and leadership qualities will be employed to increase the instructional program in Tazewell County Schools. I want empower, inspire and motivate others to create a unified faculty where student achievement and success are paramount.

Vision Statement My vision as an administrator is to create a school that unifies teachers, administrators, parents, and the community to promote high standards and expectations for the advancement of students. By maintaining a safe and optimum learning environment where all stakeholders are working toward a common goal, we provide the opportunity for students to be successful. I believe that student learning is the chief priority and all students can learn to their fullest potential.

Vision Statement (continued) Students will develop their individual talents, critical thinking, and technology skills by being actively engaged in the learning process. Continuous commitment to improvement ensures that students are well-rounded and self-directed learners. I wish to challenge others to be better than they think they can be, and advocate for the greater good of our multidimensional community. Our success in this mission will build lifelong, confident learners, who have the tools necessary for success in our changing world.
