Objective My objective is to obtain an administration position where my strong values, principles, and leadership qualities will be employed to increase the instructional program in Tazewell County Schools. I want empower, inspire and motivate others to create a unified faculty where student achievement and success are paramount.

Vision Statement My vision as an administrator is to create a school that unifies teachers, administrators, parents, and the community to promote high standards and expectations for the advancement of students. By maintaining a safe and optimum learning environment where all stakeholders are working toward a common goal, we provide the opportunity for students to be successful. I believe that student learning is the chief priority and all students can learn to their fullest potential.

Continuous commitment to improvement ensures that students are well-rounded and self-directed learners. I wish to challenge others to be better than they think they can be, and advocate for the greater good of our multidimensional community.
