Operation CAPSafe …OR HOW NOT TO BREAK ANYTHING OR HURT ANYBODY AND HOW TO REPORT IT IF YOU DO

CAPSafe Overview What is Operation Capsafe? How do I file a Safety Suggestion? How do I file a Hazard Report? How do I file a Mishap Report?

Operation CAPSafe The CAP National Commander, Maj Gen Amy Courter, CAP-USAF/CC, Col Russ Hodgkins, National Safety Officer, Col Robert Diduch, and CAP National Headquarters, are very concerned with safety being in the forefront of everyone’s mind.

Operation CAPSafe Whether they are volunteering for CAP, or off in their everyday lives, we are looking to give each member a safety mindset that will carry them safely through their daily activities.

Operation CAPSafe As such it is our intent to give every CAP member, cadet or senior, the tools to achieve the goal of a safety mindset We only ask that every CAP member look through these slides and participate in this once monthly activity

Operation CAPSafe What is Operation CAPSafe? Have EVERY CAP senior and cadet member send in one Safety idea a month for either Ground Safety, Air Safety, or both This is a way to have every senior and cadet member think of Safety at least once a month This will help to instill a Safety Mindset into every CAP member
