Carson City Meeting July 21st, 2016 Workplace Flexibility Mike Brooks will lead a discussion about innovative approaches that companies are taking to create workplace flexibility. Far from requiring unlimited budgets or immediate buy-in from the C-suite, there are approaches to getting small wins regardless of the obstacles. Or, if your executive team is ready to embrace a more flexible workplace, you will get ideas and tools to use to further those efforts. As employees increasingly demand a workplace that is in alignment with their personal values, it’s critical that companies create the flexibility required to attract today’s most valuable workers.
