Why fizzy drinks are BAD Adults who drink one or more fizzy drinks a day or other sugar-sweetened beverages each day are 27% more likely to be overweight or obese.

Why fizzy drinks are BAD Research has showed that consuming 340ml of fizzy drinks a day increases your risk of 2 diabetes by 22%.

How do they Rot your teeth? How do fizzy drinks make your teeth fuzzy? When acid continuously attacks teeth, they cannot repair themselves and will gradually begin to turn fuzzy and dissolve. Dentists consider every sip of a low pH drink an acid attack. Even one bottle of soda or a single sports drink, if sipped over hours, can do large , irreversible damage to tooth enamel.

How Much sugar is in a can of fizzy? In a can of coke there is 33 grams of sugar (2 table spoons and one teaspoon. Here is a photo of how much acid are in drinks.

Facts 41% of children ages 2-11 drink at least one soda or other sugar-sweetened beverage every day. Each American consumes an average of 50 gallons (189liters) of sugar sweetened soft drinks per year. Earlier in the year, scientists issued a warning over fizzy drinks, claiming that they cause a death toll of 184,000 a year
