Valentine’s Day Dance February 10, 2017 6 pm – 8 pm at Hazelwood West Middle School

What will be at the dance? There will be a DJ – with hopefully a lot of dancing. Pizza on sale for a $1 Soda on sale for .50 Snack cart open by PTSA – listen to announcements for more details An area to get pictures taken An evening to hang out, dance and have fun with your friends!

Valentine’s Day Ticket Requirements 1. All grade level (6,7,8) are welcome to attend. 2. You MUST have 90% attendance, this includes excused and unexcused absences. You must be at school that day to attend. It does not matter if it excused or unexcused absence. You will not attend if you are absent. 3. You CANNOT have any fines. 4. Tickets are $3 a piece If you meet all those requirements, then 1. Sign up on the form in your AE class. 2. Ms. Wilga and Mrs. Mann will be around the week of Feb. 6 to sell tickets during AE. 3. SO YOU BOUGHT A TICKET, NOW WHAT ?? This dance is a semi formal dance. Please come looking nice but no formal dresses or tuxes or suits You must arrive by 6:30 to be let in. You MUST have your ID on and your ticket. Bring money to buy food and drinks. You MUST be picked up by 8 pm! ALL SCHOOL RULES APPLY!!!
