Types of Motivation Intrinsic: a behaviour that is established with a internal reward eustress, health, desire, physical outcome, personal challenge Extrinsic: a behaviour that is established with a reward outside of yourself social, prizes, prestige, appearance, challenge against others

Timely What is a realistic timeframe to achieve your goal? Are you willing to invest the time and energy into this goal?
