Hepzibah Wills (Year 9)

We all have a mental health …. Good mental health is an asset that helps us to thrive If Young People are to thrive and not just survive, it is important to help them manage and understand their mental health, reduce their risk as well as identifying when they may need additional support.

Mind & Body Survey Over 600 Young People in Cornwall have completed this survey and results so far indicate that: 60% said they had felt depressed for 6 or more days in the last month Over 2 in 5 young people said they worry about how others perceive them, either “often” or “All the time”. Initial results suggest that female pupils are more likely to be tired, depressed, worried and generally more stressed than male pupils.
