Your store is only as good as your weakest link. 3. You will only be as good as you train. The less you train, the worse your team looks to your customers.

Weekly Staff Meeting Daily and Monthly Numbers Review: Sales Manager Operations & Upcoming Events: Operations Manager Lessons: Lessons Coordinator Various Store Issues: Sales Manager Order Updates & New Products: Purchaser Department Updates: Individual Department Managers Training: Sales by Sales Manager or Product by Department Managers Open forum wrap-up

Management Meeting Monthly or Quarterly depending on time of year Discuss last promotion/season Strategize upcoming promotion/ season Plan how to utilize social media more effectively Cycle Counts Income Statement - as a company and per location. This is an in depth analysis. Look at what categories are up/down. Lessons up/down. How to cut Expenses. etc... Critique store location we are meeting at: cleanliness, merchandising, etc...

Players Only Meeting Assemble Staff Give them direction as to what they are to discuss. Problems, issues of concern, and possible solutions. They appoint a "speaker" Management leaves Staff leads meeting and comes up with a list of items Management returns Points are presented to management. Entire group works on solutions and problem solving Everyone leaves feeling like they have a voice and all issues are addressed in an open/free from conflict manner
