Present CRM Recruit Version 4.1 BEP 2.0.1 Purchased Ellucian custom components AMCAS import Checklist sync Checklist items can be created in Banner or CRM Recruit and stay in sync with applicable ADMR codes BDM (Xtender) Integration Documents captured in CRM Recruit are automatically added to the correct Application in Xtender

Present 4 Live Applications on 3 Application Pools College of Education Graduate School Degree and Certificate Programs (Live June 2016) Rebuilt Certificate did not migrate from 3.8 to 4.1 475+ Started applications 275+ Submitted applications 100+ Completed applications LKSOM Professional Medical School MD program (Live June 2016) 10,000+ Started applications (imported via AMCAS data feed) 150+ Submitted applications 6,700+ Completed applications LKSOM PostBaccalaureate Programs (Live September 2016) Live September 2016 for term Fall 2017 250+ started applications 28 submitted

Present Review Process (EDUC & LKSOM MD) Utilizes a combination of workflows, views and dashboards to create lists of applicants needed for reviews iFrame to Xtender (customized iternally) to see applicant’s document Interview Process (EDUC & LKSOM MD) Scheduling Built custom internally using Luminis Portal pages Could not leverage CRM Recruit Events to create interview scheduling Evaluation Forms Utilizes a combination of imports, staging entities, forms, workflows, dashboards and views

Present Staffing 3 full time staff members (2 solely dedicated to CRM) Weekly Ellucian consultant calls

Future Short Term Goals Long Term Goals Implement Review and Interview process for LKSOM PB Developing Workflows to help streamline current review process Upgrade to 4.5 (target June 2017) Long Term Goals Deploying CRM Recruit Applications University wide With the CRM team and a technical College/School representative and an enrollment College/School representative (suggested) Streamlining Support Issues

Montclair State University 16,000+ undergraduate, 4,000 graduate and professional students 5 Colleges/Schools: Math & Science, Humanities and Social Sciences, Business, Education & Human Services, Arts Systems include (all implemented on 2014 to meet Admissions Go-Live): Recruiter, TouchNet, Banner Document Management, Banner, Cognos, Self Service Banner, Luminus, DegreeWorks, and 20+ other products.

Where We Started Initial Implementation via “OneMontclair Project” Initiative. Full-time dedication to work on implementation. Go-Live: Recruiter 3.5 on-premise (March 2014) Jan 2014: Started Recruiter Knowledge Transfer March 2014: Recruiter Prod Go-Live with Prospect and Inquiry form (v3.5) May 2014: Event Management System (v3.7) Sept 2014: UG degree-seeking application (v3.7.1) Oct 2014: Grad application, Banner Admissions, Banner Document Management (v3.8) Transitioned to cloud services (Jan. 2015)

Present Recently migrated to 4.5 platform via cohort approach by Ellucian. Migration Plan/training launched July 2016. Go-Live: September 19th,2016. Found 3 Recruit Defects, 1 MSDN defects. TouchNet merged with Heartland. BDM “direct connection” to Recruit adds no new efficiencies. Major overhaul of workflows, advanced finds, and view re-designs due to Opportunity Entity.

Future 4.6 WFE decision notifications. Refining workflows. R.O.I analysis of communication efforts, WFE account management, source, etc. Telecounsling module.

Duquesne University 10,000 undergraduate, graduate and professional students 9 schools: programs of study include: Music, Pharmacy, Business, Liberal Arts, Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences Systems include: Recruiter (2014) Workflow (2012) Document Management (2012) Banner (2007) Cognos (2007) Self Service Banner (2007)

Where We Started Went live with Recruit 3.5 in August 2014 Initially implemented: Undergraduate Applications and the web front end, communications, and Banner integration (BEP, BRIM) Upgrade path: Five upgrades, initially started with 3.5 and recently upgraded to 3.9 Current versions of BEP 2.0.1 and BRIM 2.2.0.1 All servers maintained by our technical team

Present Currently on Recruit 3.9 utilizing, most aspects of Recruit including: Applications WFE Admin Workflow Integration Events Communications including Exact Target

Future Initial stages of implementing Recruit 4.5 Phase I: everything currently in use today Phase II: BDM for Recruit 4.5 June 2017 anticipated Go-Live for Phase I Phase II: Live date to be determined
