CASUAL RECEPTIONIST Adelaide NOVA Entertainment is Australia’s fastest growing entertainment company with broad interests across the media industry. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Casual Receptionist. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, fantastic attention to detail and a positive work ethic. The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring our frontline relationships are managed in a professional manner, the telephone system is answered promptly and in an appropriately professional manner and listener prizes are handled appropriately. The incumbent is also responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail for NOVA Entertainment and assisting with administrative tasks where requested by the management team. As our go-to person for all things admin, the successful applicant will confidently work across both the FIVEaa and Nova 919 brands, and have an appreciation for what is important to Adelaide radio. Previous reception experience is desired as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop strong relationships throughout the company and you’ll love to ‘think outside the square’.
