INFRA LEASE OUT- KERAL CIRCLE STATUS ITEM Target Assigned for FY 2016-17 Achievement till date o/o Achievement Tower Leasing-Physical (Nos) 300 205 68 3G and 4G addition ---- 256 Tower Leasing-Revenue(Cr) 43.53 Cr 42.38 Cr 97 As  BSNL can charge 70% of the initial sharing rent for technology up gradation, feasibility for 3-G and 4-G up gradation is to be explored to the maximum extend. As Circle has achieved only 68% physical target (new sharing) as on date, SSA heads are requested to take maximum effort for exploring sharing feasibility to optimum extend.
