Carer Relaxation Group Pottery Workshop Where: Caringbah Library 376-378 Port Hacking Rd, Caringbah NSW 2229 Date: 8 November 2017 (Wednesday) Time: 10:00 – 1.00pm Cost: $10 (includes tuition, clay, firing and morning tea) Highlights: Simple but creative techniques conducted by Janet Selby Refreshments Social gatherings BONUS You will be amazed by how fun this will be Discover interesting books at the library What to bring: Old T-shirt/clothes to cover up Water bottle RSVP essential- Please call Nora at SSCSS on 9542 6292 or email office@sscss.org.au by 1 November 2017 (Number limits apply) Carer Relaxation Group Pottery Workshop Carer Support Service is holding a Pottery workshop for Carers. You can just push a hole into a ball of clay to make a bowl or follow the tutor to create a decorated lizard bowl. You will learn the basics of clay modelling and hands-on producing your own masterpiece.

Carer Relaxation Group Carer Support Service is running a 4-session Yoga and Stretching Program for Carers. Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing through the regular practice of a range of techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration. It is an approach to life , based on balance and harmony, within each person and with each other. All sections will be held at: Stapleton Ave Community Centre 3A Stapleton Ave, Sutherland Date: 3, 10, 17, 24 November 2017 (Fridays) Time: 10:00 – 11:30 Cost: $15 (for 4 sessions) Highlights: Yoga and Stretching exercises conducted by a registered Yoga Trainer Refreshments Social gatherings What to bring: Yoga mat/towel Towel Comfortable clothes Water bottles Criteria Physical fit for gentle exercise (You can do it at your own pace) RSVP essential- Please call Nora at SSCSS on 9542 6292 or email office@sscss.org.au by 27 October 2017 (Number limits apply; priority for new group member)
