Genesis 2:7 (Webster) This first arrow reads… Where we go when our soul is separated from our body at death; Paradise or Torment. In Ecclesiastes we see that our body returns to dust and that spirit breathed into us returns to the One who gave it to us. But Paul here was saying it would be much better to be absent from this body and in the presence of the Lord.
