How we work now? Work process We have daily SCRUM meetings (usually 15-30 minutes) using Skype (part of the team works from home or another location) Tools we use Visual Studio 2010 & Team Foundation Server 2010 Project 2010 Excel 2010

Reasons to move on? We had badly configured Team Foundation Server 2010 from the beginning Hard to plan the project using Excel and Project Visual Studio 11 & Team Foundation Server 11 bring a lot of new features that ease the developer’s life

What’s new in Visual Studio 11 It’s works asynchronously in many areas (not all) Improved and minified Quick Lunch Provisional Tab Page Inspector Unit Test Explorer Improved editor and Intellisense (support for JS) Lot’s of other new features

What’s new in TFS 11 New Team Explorer Local workspaces No offline mode – you won’t even notice the server’s gone Code-review flow Pause & Resume Improved merge Built in diff tool Rollback over multiple changesets Read-only’s gone – outside changes are automatically detected Web dashboard
