Discipline Disproportionality Strategic Action: Discipline Disproportionality By 2020, schools will reduce the discipline disproportionality gap and the rate of suspension for students with disabilities, African-American, and Hispanic students.

Strategic Action: Recruitment By 2020, LCPS will develop a recruitment program that will assist in staffing our schools and other departments within the School Division as well as attract a diverse applicant pool.

Differentiated Resources Strategic Action: Differentiated Resources LCPS will provide differentiated resources for schools to better meet the needs of socioeconomically disadvantaged students, English language learners, special education students to help close achievement gaps.
