The Wonders of the Digestive System… By: Matthieu Reagle

Mouth There is a quote to this part of the digestive system and it is “the teeth tear apart the food, saliva is added” Because your teeth is breaking the food apart one by one And your saliva makes it go down easier trust me it’s gross but you can learn something from it Now on to the next but bye, Mouth: bye kids!

Esophagus Your esophagus is lined with mucus The peristalsis helps the esophagus and it has a saying and it goes “the muscles push the food to the stomach” That food is called food bolus its really gross but again It teaches you something Now on to the next part which is your stomach, Esophagus: bye everyone!

Stomach In this part the stomach has a very gross saying to this it goes like this “the stomach mixes up the food, acid is added” The acid in your stomach breaks down the food into a liquid to enter the small intestine Well this is really the only things about the stomach so on to the small intestine, Stomach: Bye kids!

Small Intestine Your small intestine takes out the nutrients in the food and sends it to the blood Your small intestine takes out the nutrients because its still useful to your body There is also a saying for this too which is “the nutrients get taken out of the food, sent to the blood” This is all the end to the small intestine, Small intestine: bye!

Large intestine There is also a very perfect learning sentence for this it goes exactly like this “the liquid is taken out of the food, sent to the blood” Once the liquid is taken out of the food it turns into a solid because the liquid is still useful to your body Well this is the of large intestine and on to the next part which is the rectum, Large Intestine: bye everybody!

Rectum Your rectum is a short tube at the end of your large intestine There is no saying for this part of the digestive which if there was it would be really really gross Its is right before the end of the digestive system which is good because it would be way too long Well I better wrap this up so lets get to the end of the digestive system, Rectum: Bye everyone nice to meet u

Anus The final saying in the digestive system is for this one and It goes like this “the solid exits” The anus is the muscular opening at the end of the rectum Your waste is removed from the body

The End of The Wonders Of The Digestive System
