Supplementary Figure 4. Pure tone audiograms from the siblings of proband 2. (A.) His oldest brother at 14 years of age and (B.) second oldest brother at age 11 years demonstrate normal air and bone-conduction thresholds. (C.) His older sister at age nine years measures 30 dB HL at 125 Hz, suggesting a mild hearing loss only at this frequency in the right ear. Thresholds for the right and left ears are measured in dB HL and are represented with circles and crosses, respectively. Bone conduction measurements, when available, are represented by < and > for right and left ears, respectively, and confirm no clinically significant air-bone gaps.
