Gensuite® Contractor Safety Application Integration Details

Injury and Illness – Initial Injury Reports Tag Injury and Illness reports in the Initial Injury Reports tool a Contractor Firm Employees. Upon submittal, users can log contractor-related actions into the Contractor Safety Action Tracker! When adding an Injury or Illness into Initial Injury Reports, users can specify if the injury is for a Contractor Firm employee Run contractor Firm related reports on the Initial Injury Reports summary page. Log contractor-related actions into the Contractor Safety Action Tracker once the Initial Injury Report is submitted.

CF Events Integration Log events for contractor firms actively working on a project at your facility using the connection between the Events reporting module and Contractor Safety application!

CF Safety Observations Integration Log observations for contractor firms actively working on a project at your facility using the connection between the Safety Observations and Contractor Safety applications! Observer will be able to tag observations with active CF projects, list from Contractor Safety application active projects. Tagging the project will connect the observations to the active project in the Contractor Safety tool.

CF Action Tracker Easily track Contractor Firm action items...log action items using a streamlined form, communicate them to the Contractor Firm's representatives via multiple options, view open or closed action items at your site, and quickly generate reports with details in a variety of formats Action Items can be tagged by standard finding categories

Power Inspection Tool High Level Workflow Please Note… A checklist may be assigned as Multi-Project to manage inspections that encompass multiple projects at a site. For single project inspections, please locate a project from the list and select the appropriate option for that project

Export Inspection Findings Users can easily export and log inspection findings to the Action Tracker module Add findings from singe checklist question for multiple firms when performing “Multi-Project/Site Wide” Inspections

CF Safe Work Permit Integration Associate a contractor firm project working at your facility with a Safe Work Permit request using the connection between the Safe Work Permit and Contractor Safety applications! Click the Associate Contractor Project button, and search for active projects. Select projects to associate with the request. Firm name and project will appear within the Safe Work Permit request.

MOC Manager Integration Easily reference active contractor firm projects from Contractor Safety within a change request. From the Attachments tab within an existing change request, click the Lookup/Reference Active Project in Contractor Safety link to search for active projects. Click Attach Project button from the search page, which will add the project to the change request.

Concern Reporting Integration Escalate concerns related to an unsafe contractor activity from Concern Reporting directly to Contractor Safety Action Tracker, resulting in streamlined data entry as well as improved tracking and follow up. When escalating a concern, select Contractor Safety from the Escalation Type drop-down Use the Show only items escalated from Concern Reporting filter option within Action Tracker to narrow your results. Use the link within the Action Tracker finding to quickly access the originating concern
