Compare our planets to the Sun!

Compare our star (the Sun) to other nearby stars!

Compare Arcturus (previous slide) to super giant stars!! (Can you find our Sun also?)

We live in the Milky Way galaxy which contains billions of stars. This picture shows other galaxies in the universe, which also contain billions of stars!

This picture was taken by zooming in on the darkest region of the previous picture. Now you can see even more galaxies that each contain billions of stars!!
