1. Welcome and Introductions Breakup your presentation, divide it into sections. This is especially useful if most of your presentation is text.

2. PDP WG Current Status Breakup your presentation, divide it into sections. This is especially useful if most of your presentation is text.

Current Status Overarching Issues/CC1 WG has preliminarily considered 6 overarching subjects within its charter Sought input from the community (Community Comment 1, or CC1) Considered input and reached preliminary conclusions Did not identify a reason to NOT have additional new gTLD subsequent procedures There not be limits on applications from an applicant or overall in a “round” Establish 3 drafting teams to develop proposals on: 1) Different TLD Types 2) Framework on Predictability 3) Application Rounds Established 4 Work Tracks to consider remaining subjects in charter These subjects form the basis for Community Comment 2 (CC2)

Timeline Next Steps Mar 2017 June 2017 Sept 2017 Dec 2017 Feb 2018 Send CC2 to SO/AC/SG/Cs Complete preliminary WT deliberations Consider CC2 input and consider WT recommendations at plenary level Publish Initial Report for public comment Publish summary of public comment Complete Final Report To adjust the length and width of the arrow, click on the arrow, grab a corner, and lengthen or shorten, depending on your preference. To add a bubble, click on the bubble, ensure it is fully highlighted, COPY and PASTE. Then drag the bubble to your preferred placement. To delete a bubble, click on the bubble, ensuring it is highlighted and click DELETE. If you make a mistake, go to your top bar on PP and click EDIT, UNDO To Summarize This is a long-range schedule that is subject to variability, given the high number of subjects and the possibility of additional work being introduced that is directly applicable to new gTLDs. It is also subject to certain dependencies, where the PDP is expecting inputs from other efforts (e.g., CCT-RT, RPMs PDP, CCWG-UCTN, etc.)

Timeline – The Work Tracks Jan17 Apr17 Jul17 Oct17 Jan17 Apr18 Oct18 Jan19 Work Track-based efforts Incorporate CC2 input Full WG review of WT Recommendations Draft Initial Report Publish Initial Report for Public Comment Consider Public Comment and Prepare Final Report To adjust the length of each colored bar, click the bar, ensuring the bar is highlighted, grab a corner and length or shorten, depending on your preference. To revise the type of timeline, revise the Month text boxes, all are editable. To adjust the size of the black timeline lines, use the same procedure used to revise the colored bars. The circles and text boxes beside the circles are also editable by clicking on the circle and/or text box. To Summarize There are 4 separate Work Tracks working on a number of different subjects. Their findings will be dependent upon input from the community (i.e., CC2) and any WT recommendations must be reviewed as a full WG.

Community Comment 2 (CC2) Introduction Each Work Track (WT) leadership team will provide a brief introduction to each of the topics/subjects within each Work Track’s purview.  After the introduction from each WT, we will conduct a poll to determine the top three topics/subjects that are of highest interest to participants. These three subjects will then be discussed in detail during agenda item 4. An equal amount of time will be allocated to each WT. The WT leaders are there primarily to steward and moderate the discussion. This is a dialogue and exchange of ideas – participation from those in the room and online is essential!   This is a simpler agenda slide, the outline for your presentation.
