Brushing the outer face Hold the brush in a horizontal position to brush each one of the upper teeth from the gum downwards, and the lower teeth from the gum upwards.
Brushing the inner face Hold the brush at an angle of about 45º and brush from the gum towards the edge for both the upper teeth and the lower teeth.
Brushing the top of the teeth Along the top of the teeth, there are grooves and fissures, where dental plaque can accumulate, which can lead to tooth decay. Press down with the brush and make circular movements so the bristles clean these grooves and fissures.
Brushing the tongue You should also brush your tongue, as bacteria can accumulate between the taste buds. Finally, it is advisable to massage the gums with a dry toothbrush and use dental floss to clean between the teeth.
