Exploring tones of colours. Exploring colours connected to weather. Exploring complimentary colours. What happens when you mix colours? Can you make colours darker or lighter? How would you do that? What colour would you use to represent different weathers? Art and Design: Cloud formations – using a variety of different materials. Sculpture Weather decorations – mobiles, wind chimes, flags etc. How could you represent a cloud? What would you use? Can you use the wind to make noise? What would you use to make noise? Next steps: Can you take pictures of the weather? Can you use the pictures to show how the weather has changed or stayed the same?
