E-DHARA E-dhara service provides computer generated documents of land records. Survey: 24 government functionaries 200 beneficiaries(citizens ) Findings based on the survey: Upgradation of hardware and software. Need of regular training and capacity building programs.
REGIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICE(RTO) RTO provides services like Registration of vehicles, issuing of licences etc. Survey: 19 government functionaries 200 beneficiaries(citizens ) Findings based on the survey: Single window system Total Computerisation Infrastructure upgradation
E-GRAM E-gram ensures e-connectivity at village level. 543 village panchayats have e-connectivity under this program. Survey: 40 government functionaries 200 beneficiaries(citizens ) Findings based on the survey: Training related to maintenance & repairs of computers Software related upgradation
SOCIAL SECURITY Prant Office(Sub-Division) offers old age pension and widow pension. Survey: 15 government functionaries 200 beneficiaries(citizens ) Findings based on the survey: Speedy approval Data should be computerised Human Approach
WATER SUPPLY (RURAL AREAS) The rural water supply program addresses the need of water in the area. Survey: 15 government functionaries 200 beneficiaries(citizens ) Findings based on the survey: Training to staff as well as the users to carry out minor repairs and maintenance Awareness regarding health & hygiene
