Reply at a “Normal” Time Aim for 8 AM to 8 PM! Reply as soon as possible! Replying quickly shows your interest of the event and illustrates your professionalism! Tip: How to Make this an Annual Event - Create a list of contact information for each event that occurs yearly and give this list to next year’s cabinet so your club can continually participate in this event! :-) Also, you’ll be able to see how popular this event is so check that out! 3

Fundraising: Bake Sales Call stores beforehand Grocery stores are the best choice! Baked Goods Ask your members to donate! Bake Sale Times Best times: 9 AM - 3 PM Member Participation Ask members to come and support/volunteer for shifts! Thank the store!
Fundraising: Food Sales Set up dates with ASB Plan for Fridays! Sell unique food! Ex) Apple Pie & Ice Cream, Che Thai Contact Stores Call 2-3 weeks beforehand! Publicize with interesting slogans! “Donut break my heart and support Key Club!”

Showcase your personality Graphics and aesthetics go hand in hand You want to APPEAL to the target audience If you’re struggling with making a graphic come to life, look for inspiration! Don’t know how to use Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator? Use Canva! Caption it! If you’re a more serious person, then give an information caption. If you love puns, apply one on the graphic. Keep it appropriate for whatever media you’re using to advertise ICEBREAKER

Members may jump in as well Social media Take advantage of social media Be a bit more professional with emails and school announcements Facebook (including personal accounts, division, and club pages) Make Facebook event pages Instagram (school, club, division, personal IG) School Plaster posters and fliers everywhere around school Most of the time you can even use the graphic as a flier as well Make sure it’s greyscale friendly
