Capacity Planner - Position Profile Role Summary The Capacity Planner is responsible for the creation of the national weekly production and distribution plan. The Capacity Planner is a headquarters-based role currently within the Supply Chain Optimization team. Using i2's Supply Chain Planner (SCP) technology, the planner performs the Capacity Planning business processes to generate potential solutions, evaluate results and communicate/facilitate the execution of the plan. The capacity plan is provided to Frito-Lay Purchasing and Product Supply, and is the critical feed for the Purchasing deploy and make signal. This results in a least cost sourcing and replenishment solution that provides maximum service to sales in the most efficient manner possible.
