Workday is Innovating the Way Forward Workday was selected to help move Fairfield University forward as a result of the Fairfield 2020 Strategic Plan. Workday is a cloud-based, mobile and intuitive system that will provide all University employees with greater self-service access to a wide-array of Human Resource, Finance and Payroll functions.
